In the app: New Project, then pick it from the list.
Each course gets a page: who it’s for, what they’ll be able to do, the modules and the outcome each serves, and how learners prove it. Learner pages and paths tie the catalog together.
Free for macOS, Windows, and Linux. No account, no subscription.

Sound familiar?
Outcomes in one file, the outline in another, assessments in a third. The alignment spreadsheet is out of date by the second revision.
Two courses teach the same lesson, a third assumes one nobody teaches, and a learner finds out halfway through.
A module moved, a lesson was cut, the final project changed. A term later someone asks why, and the person who knew has left.
How it fits
With the Academy framework, each course links its learners and the courses that come first, with its level and length. It moves from Idea to Outlined, In Production, Published, or Retired.

What you will use most
The health check lists every course missing a section, so one with no How They Prove It or no Not This Course never hides.
A subject expert leaves a note on the outcome line, a co-instructor answers in the thread, and you close it once the page is right.
Draw each path’s learner and its courses in order, with unplaced courses in sight. Every card opens its page.
Recording, captions, answer sheets, learner interviews: tasks on a board, each pointing at its course or learner page.
Nothing happens unless you connect your own Claude Code or Codex and ask. Then it can spot a module that serves no outcome, or lessons two courses share.
Learners
A learner page says where they start, what they get wrong, how much time they have, and what done looks like. Courses and paths link to it, so “who is this for?” has one answer.

Paths
Put a path on a canvas: its learner, then each course in order, joined by arrows. Keep an unplaced course beside it and a sticky note for the open question. Each card shows its status.
